VISION PILOTs Workshops and Café's are based on Design Thinking coupled with Conversation-Café's supplemented by VISION PILOTs experience and innovation. VISION PILOT always customizes the process and facilitation to fit the customers wants and needs.
The Digital Frontrunners
MSB started a learning course in 2019 where 50 managers and staff met at 5 different Future-Café's to discuss what mindset and skillset is required and useful to work in a more digital future. The discussion also focused on how the department can implement the many new technologies and digital solutions, so that it benefits both citizens, workers and the department itself.
VISION PILOT played a large and integral part in the development and implementation of the concept.
´De Digitale frontløbere´ (The Digital Frontrunners) was also presented in the shape of a workshop held by VISION PILOT and the Municipality of Aarhus on the international AAL conference
(Assisted Active Living)
Dialogue in Gellerup
VISION PILOT assisted the Municipality of Aarhus in arranging and facilitating a dialogue meeting in Gellerup (a socially disadvantaged residential area in Aarhus) where locals and interested people could attend and create dialogue with the aldermen Thomas Medom and Rabih Azad-Ahmad.
The aldermen listened and talked while information was collected for further use in improving the Municipality of Aarhus.
VisionCafé with the Dental Association of Central Jutland
The Dental Association of Central Jutland wanted to be prepared to start working on the future vision of their association. VISION PILOT developed the framework and facilitated a process, which created ideas and a plan for future work for the National Dental Association.
Mindset and Idea Workshop - "Let The Grass Grow"
The board of the community ´Visbjerg Hegn´ wanted to rethink their green areas, with emphasis on sustainability and bio-diversity. VISION PILOT facilitated an Idea-Café and a Café for implementing these ideas. This resulted in a sustainable concept dubbed "Let the grass grow" which is currently being implemented.
VisionCafé with Toustrup Mark
The community of Toustrup Mark wanted a new vision for their community. They were invited to a ConversationCafé discussing values and norms. Afterwards they attended a VisionCafé where they developed, planned and mapped out the process of defining the vision and catalogue of ideas for the future of their community.
Collaboration with the Employment Department of Aarhus
VISION PILOT, in cooperation with the Municipality of Aarhus, held a series of workshops including a workshop for a Polish jobcentre, that wanted new ideas on how to transform their workplace as part of a bigger EU project.
Additionally VISION PILOT organised workshops with different offices of the employment department in the Municipality of Aarhus. They also wanted a new perspective and new ideas.
Shared Responsibility of Youth
VISION PILOT framed a dialogue meet about the effort against radicalization on one side and demonization on the other side.
The meet included powerful stories from Karolina Dam, the mother of Lukas Dam who was killed fighting for ISIS in Syria. The Imam Mahmoud Hamid shared his views regarding radicalization and along with the audience, dialogue and ideas on how to solve these issues came about.
Concept Development, Workshops and Visual Design for the Greenlandic Trade Fair
The 6th and 7th september 2017 "Det Grønlandske Hus" (The Greenlandic House) hosted The Greenlandic Trade Fair in Aarhus, which served the purpose of improving business possibilities between Denmark and Greenland.
VISION PILOT was responsible for consultation and graphic materials in relation to marketing of the Trade Fair along with the development and facilitation of 4 workshops and the entire set-up of designing and implementing the concept.
CaseSalon at JOB BootCamp 2022
On 14/10-2022 , VISION PILOT facilitated a CaseSalon for the Partnership, which is gathered to rethink the issue of graduate unemployment in Aarhus. In this CaseSalonen, it was vacant academics who offered their cases - ”. The Partnership brainstormed solutions for the cases and both the Partnership and the unemployed left with new ideas and insights.
Network - Equality and Integration
An important factor in successful integration is NETWORK. It is crucial to new immigrants that they are invited to be part of social and professional networks. Many people in Denmark are not aware of how essential this is. Because of this, many danish people rarely notices how often they make use of their own networks.
VISION PILOT made a presentation and workshop discussing this subject, for a Danish political party.
